NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF OKLAHOMA SS: COUNTY OF WOODWARD TO: KIRITUMAR CHANDUBHAI PATEL AND BHARATI KIRIT PATEL TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by the above Plaintiff in the above-styled case, you must answer said Petition on or before December 9, 2015, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, and a judgment will be rendered on the fraudulent transfer action against the above named Defendants, adjudging a fraudulent transfer has been made in the sale of the Red Country Inn, and that Plaintiff be awarded an Order of levy execution on the proceeds fraudulently transferred, or in the alternative an Order for avoidance of the transfers to the extent necessary to satisfy Plaintiff's claim, for the amount of distributions wrongfully made to be returned, and for specific performance of the terms of Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement, for any amount Defendants have been unjustly enriched, plus interest accruing each month until paid in full, actual damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, attorneys' fees and costs, for all of which judgment will be taken.
