NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Legatees, Trustees and Assigns of David Berg Sr., Deceased, and to all persons claiming any right, title or interest in or to the real property hereinafter described. You will take notice that you, and each of you, have been sued in the District Court of Woodward County, State of Oklahoma, by the Plaintiffs, David James Berg, Douglas William Berg, Daniel Roger Berg, and Shelley Jayne Berg, in Case No. CV-2015-54, alleging that they are the owners of the following described real property situated in Woodward County, Oklahoma, to-wit: An undivided mineral interest on the SE/4 of Section 18-T20N-R17 W.I.M. Woodward County Oklahoma. That David Berg Sr., is deceased, that the Plaintiffs are entitled to have judgment determining the names and individual identities of each of all persons who took, or were entitled to take, any interest in the estate of David Berg Sr. and to have a judicial determination of death and determination that the respective sole and only heirs are as set forth in the Petition filed herein, referenced made thereto. That David Berg Sr. is deceased, that the plaintiffs are entitled to have a judicial determination of such death and that as the result of said death they became the sole owners of the property described above. That the Defendants, and each of them, be adjudged to have no right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the real property interests involved in this cause of action, and that each of them be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title, claim, estate of interest in and to the property. That the Defendants, and each of them must answer the Petition filed herein by the Plaintiffs on or before the 10th day of December, 2015, or the Petition will be taken as true and correct and judgment rendered accordingly decreeing the fact of death and that the heirs of the deceased are as set forth in the Petition filed herein and that the Plaintiffs are the owners of the property described in the Petition.
