Gill, if any, whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns of Gerald W. Gill The above stated Defendant will take notice that the Plaintiff, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, filed its Petition in Foreclosure in the District Court in and for Payne County, State of Oklahoma, on 06/15/2015, against the above stated Defendant, and said Defendant must answer said Petition on or before the 15th_day of March, 2016, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendant, foreclosing her interest in the following described real estate, to wit: A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP NINETEEN (19) NORTH, RANGE TWO (2) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, PAYNE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SE/CORNER OF THE NW/4 OF THE NE/4: THENCE WEST 300 FEET; THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; THENCE EAST 300 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE DEDICATED ROAD 150 FEET TO P.O.B. And a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendant(s), Gerald Gill, Morgan J. Sanders, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage, and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the total principal amount of $85,976.58, with applicable interest at 5.00000%, late charges as provided in the note, and any amounts which Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with costs of this action, for all of which judgment will be taken. A judgment will be rendered against Defendant(s) Unknown Spouse of Gerald W. Gill, if any, whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any and The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Devisees, Successors and Assigns of Gerald W. Gill adjudging any right, title or interest in and to the subject property claimed by said Defendant to be junior and inferior to the mortgage lien and judgment of Plaintiff, and that upon confirmation of such sale, all Defendants herein, and all persons claiming by, through or under them since the commencement of this action be forever barred, foreclosed and enjoined from asserting or claiming any right, title, interest, estate or equity of redemption in or to said premises, or any part thereof.
