NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF HARPERSFIELD, DELAWARE COUNTY TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF TOWN JUSTICE POSITIONS FROM TWO TO ONE. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the organization meeting held on the 12th day of January, 2016, the Town Board of the Town of Harpersfield, New York ("Town") duly adopted a resolution which is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to New York State Town Law 60 - a (2). If a permissive referendum is sought for this resolution, the petition requesting a permissive referendum must be filed with the Town Clerk within 30 days from the date of this notice.
