PUBLIC HEARING The Commerce City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1119 Alamo, Commerce, Texas for: • Public Hearing and consideration of a Special Use application for the property located at 907 Main Street for use as an Online Auction House within the Corridor District (CD). • Public Hearing and consideration of a Special Use application for unaddressed property located on Culver Street, A0675 Marler H (Hunt County), Tract 61-3, Acres 0.655, for use as a Mini-Warehouse establishment in a General Business (GB) Zone. The public is invited to attend. City Hall is wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking is available.
