____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Proposed SH-19 Water Main Relocation will be received by City of Ada, at the Purchasing Office located 512 N Stockton, Ada, OK 74820, until 2:00pm local time on January 22th, 2016. The sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the City of Ada West Annex, 213 W 13th St (West Door) Ada, OK 74820 on January 22th, 2016 at 2:30pm local time. The Project consists of constructing 14,199 L.F. of 6" C900 DR-18 PVC Water Main, 68 L.F. of 6" HDPE DR-11 Water Main, 648 L.F. of 1" HDPE DR-9 Water Main, (25) Highway Bores and appurtenances. THIS JOB IS FUNDED BY THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND CONTRACTOR INVOICES WILL BE DIRECTLY PAID BY THEM. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Wall Engineering, 325 W. Evergreen, Durant, OK 74701, and (580) 317-4104. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-4pm. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City of Ada, Public Works Division, 220 W 7th St., Ada, OK 74820, Phone 580-436-8100, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-3pm. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $150.00 per set, payable to “Wall Engineering” plus a non-refundable shipping charge. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
