Public Notice PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, DECEMBER 1 & 2, 2015. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public is hereby given notice there will be a public hearing at The Claremore City Hall Complex on Wednesday, December 16th, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at 104 S Muskogee, Claremore OK, 74017, in the Meeting Room, Rogers County, Oklahoma. The purpose of the hearing will be to allow Rogers County residents and other interested citizens the opportunity to voice opinions and views regarding Appendix F - Schedule of Fees, Appendix G - Building Codes and Licensing, Appendix H - General Information and Responsibilities for One & Two Family Residential Construction, or amendments thereof of the City of Claremore - Rogers County Metropolitan Zoning Ordinance proposed to be enacted by the City of Claremore-Rogers County Planning Commission governing fees, land use, building of structures, and construction in unincorporated areas of Rogers County. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and make known their opinions. A copy of the proposed Appendix F - Schedule of Fees, Appendix G - Building Codes and Licensing, and Appendix H - General Information and Responsibilities for One & Two Family Residential Construction may be examined and inspected at The Rogers County Planning Commission, 200 S.
