(Published In THE TIMES, Mayes County, Oklahoma December 1, 2015) OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY TIER II NOTICE OF FILING A Tier II application for a new Acid Rain permit application has been filed with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) by applicant, Grand River Dam Authority (Applicant), PO Box 409, Vinita, Oklahoma. The applicant requests approval to obtain the requisite Acid Rain Permit for the new combined cycle combustion turbine at the existing Grand River Energy Center located at 8142 Highway 412B, Chouteau, legally described as T20N R19E S28 in Mayes County. The application may be reviewed at Thomas J. Harris Pryor Public Library, 505 East Graham, Pryor, OK 74361 or at the Air Quality Division's main office (see address below). The status of all permit applications is also available for review in the Air Quality Section of DEQ's Web Page: //www.deq.state.ok.us/ After reviewing the application, the DEQ will prepare either a draft permit or a draft denial.
