____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE JOINT ESTATES OF GLENDA JOHNSTON and SAM JOHNSTON, Deceased PB-14-66 NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an order of the District Court of the County of Pontotoc, State of Oklahoma, made on the 8th day of June, 2015, in the matter of the estates of Glenda Johnston and Sam Johnston, deceased, the undersigned as attorney for Carolyn Denise Johnston Newton, the Personal Representative of the estate of said deceased will each sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation of said county court, on or after the 22nd day of June, 2015, all the right, title, interest and estates of the said Glenda Johnston and Sam Johnston, deceased at the time of his death, and all right, title and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all real property, situate, lying and being in the County of Coal, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit: Coal County, Oklahoma: W/2 of Lot 2, W/2 of Lot 3 and W/2 of Lot 4 of Section 30, T3N, R9E, containing 47.56 acres, mol. Bids must be in writing and may be left at the office of Wm. Bailey Cook, III, attorney at law at P.O. Box 1391, Ada, Oklahoma 74821. It is further ordered that notice of such sale be given by publication for two weeks successively in The Ada News, a newspaper published said County of Pontotoc, and the Coalgate Record Register, a newspaper published said County of Coal. And it is further ordered, that said Personal Representative, after making sale of said real property, as aforesaid, make return of her proceedings and account of sales, verified by her affidavits, to this Court.
